Hi! I’m Cate.
My journey to a thriving life began through personal experience.
For years, I lacked the right resources and guidance to ease my painful periods. Once I took control and learned how to create a healthy, vibrant lifestyle, things changed.
I want to help women get the tools they need for a healthy, pain-free period. I believe in sharing information, supporting women, and preventing diseases with good food and movement. My goal is to support women with painful periods, thyroid issues, and gut issues to relieve their pain and lose weight, enabling them to live their best lives.
